Sweet Surf & Turf: Kayak & Bike
7am-1pm
Get dusty on miles of single-track and cool off in the refreshing waters of Lake Mead. Adventure seekers will love this multi-sport trip that begins with mountain biking and ends with kayaking in the clear waters of Lake Mead with our friendly women guides. See desert bighorn sheep, desert creosote bushes and cactus, wooden skeletons of sunken boats, trout and striped bass, during this extraordinary day of biking and kayaking on Lake Mead.
High-end mountain bikes and touring kayaks with all safety equipment, gear and instructions, a picnic-style lunch and water are included. We’ll have you back in time for the Sweet pool party.

Sweet Hiking Tour of the River Mountain Trail
7am-1pm
Explore the beautiful River Mountain Trail north of Lake Mead. Hike along and over the mountains to discover the amazing red, maroon and white walls of the canyons. Enjoy lunch while taking in the amazing views of Lake Mead, Las Vegas and Boulder City. Look out for bighorn sheep scaling the canyon walls along with other wildlife. This wilderness adventure is approximately six miles roundtrip with a 1,200-foot elevation gain. Sturdy shoes, hat and sunscreen are strongly recommended.
Guided trip includes roundtrip transportation from the hotel, experienced guide, bottled water, snacks and lunch. This hike is rated easy to medium. We’ll have you back in time for the Sweet pool party.

2-5p: Sweet Pool Party at the Hideout

Sweet can help you get tickets to see Cher, Bette or any of the fab Cirque Du Soleil shows on the strip.
9p -2a: Join Babs on a night excursion to the strip via public transportation on The Deuce, Vegas’ ultra-cool double decker bus ($3 fare). We will stop at the Bellagio to see the evening Dancing Fountains Light Show, the Conservatory of Flowers and, for those sweeties with a sweet tooth, a stop at Jean Phillippe Patisserie to look at the world’s largest chocolate fountain. Our journey continues to the Miracle Mile at Planet Hollywood, then to CandyBar with DJ Lisa Pittman. Our evening ends with a taxi sharing back to Golden Nugget.

The Shade Tree Project
The Shade Tree, sheltering women, children and their pets since 1990, is Sweet’s community service project in Las Vegas. With the assistance of local lesbian artist Lois Dohra, Sweeties will add a bit of sweetness and color to two family dormitories.
During their last fiscal year, The Shade Tree sheltered 2,566 women and 1,421 children for a total of 80,791 nights of safe harbor. Your participation in this project will improve conditions significantly for families in need of shelter.
Families aren’t the only victims of domestic violence, that’s why we’ll be helping out in the kennel at Noah’s Animal House.
In three hours, you can make a measurable difference in the lives of abused women and children. Don’t want to work, but still want to help? Bring an item for the shelter’s wish list.

The price of the tour covers paint, painting supplies, roundtrip transportation to and from the shelter, drinks and snacks for the day. All proceeds from this tour above our costs will be donated to The Shade Tree.
Sweet Zipline Tour
10am-2pm
I believe I can fly! Imagine yourself flying over the tops of mountains with a bird’s eye view of beautiful Boulder City, suspended high above the mountain terrain below. Now, make it reality with a Flightlines Adventure, a sustainable eco-tour over Bootleg Canyon. On this tour, riders travel from one point to another by flying over the desert ecosystem from the top of Red Mountain. Some will soar at speeds up to 50 miles per hour, traveling through four runs, each presenting a different kind of experience from a 3,800 ft. decent. Return in time to sun and swim before happy hour.

Sweet Hoover Dam Tour
10am-2pm Hoover Dam is truly a wonder to behold. Only 30 miles south of Las Vegas, this engineering marvel is one of the most popular landmarks visited by Las Vegas tourists. The Hoover Dam Tour offers ample time for exploring this National Historic Landmark and engineering wonder of the world (operating since 1936). See live presentations, a fascinating film on the Dam’s construction and history, exhibit gallery, observation deck and venture down to the observation room in the power plant to view the massive generators. You’ll encounter dramatic views of both the Colorado River as well as Lake Mead, the largest manmade body of water in the Western Hemisphere. Tour includes bottled water. Return in time to sun and swim before Sweet’s happy hour.

4pm: Sweet Happy Hour
6.15pm: Sweet on the Strip: We’ll meet in the lobby and take over The Deuce, Vegas’ ultra-cool double decker bus ($3), and head to the Strip for a Sweet night on the town together. Want to see another show? Sweet can help you arrange it.
11pm-1am: Nightcap at H2O Lounge back at our hotel.
