How much of the day will be involved with the bootcamp?

 

Hi Jen,

Glad to see that you are interested in our super sweet and cool bootcamp! Most days will about 1 to 1 1/2 hours with the exception of the at sea days where we also offer our Sweet Sweat Bootcampers a healthy cooking demonstration with recipes to take home with you! The cooking demonstrations should take about 1 hour as well. Also, on the last day we will have a Sweet Sweat Bootcamp brunch to celebrate the accomplishments of the week with all of your new friends you met in the bootcamp!

what time will boot camp start in the mornings?

 

Bootcamp starts at 8 or 9 am, depending on our itinerary for the day.

 

I have limited work out experience and would like to ask what tye of clothing should I wear for the workouts?

 

Wear comfortable clothes that allow you flexibility, shorts, sweats, sports bra, tank top, t-shirt. Wear comfortable shoes with a rubber sole, running shoes or cross trainers will serve you best.

 

How much is it if you just go for a day or 2? Also, will the boot camp interfer with any of the excursions?

 

It’s $25 a day, if you do it a la carte. Bootcamp will interfere with some excursions.
