Whether you’re a beginner or an athlete, this high-intensity, professionally trained, energizing bootcamp is sure to get your mornings started off right. We’ll train with celeb fitness guru Shawnee Harkins and her fab fit crew.

Bootcamp starts at 9am on our days at sea and 8am on our days in port.

We’ll rock out to heart pumping music in the morning sun. Enjoy a different exhilarating workout every morning, including:
• Shadow boxing/ kickboxing
• Bootcamp-style weight training
• Plyometrics
• Core conditioning (a great way to work off the midnight dessert buffet).
