Are you ready for a summer escape to the Hawaiian Islands? We’re taking a large group of Sweeties on board the gorgeous Pride of America. Together, we’ll explore the Hawaiian Islands, do some good, catch some rays and otherwise indulge ourselves in this diverse wonderland.
Our port schedule is as chill as the islands. We’ve got long days (and two overnights) to daydream, play and explore.
GROUP TRAVEL PERKS
The main perk of doing a group is the time of year we are able to travel. Chartering a ship in the high season puts the price out of reach for many, but traveling in a large group means we can enjoy a summer vacation together and still have money left to spend. Whoo hoo.
Our group enjoys:
• A bottle of red or white wine
• Amuse-bouche surprises in your stateroom
• Special Sweet cocktail party with an open bar and hors d’oeuvres
• Exclusive Sweet dining area
• Sweet on-shore excursions, including our signature community service projects
• Sweet seating for shows
• Sweet parties on Maui and Kauai
• And more surprises to come!
Let’s learn how to hula, gorge ourselves on poi, snorkel until our fingers wrinkle and explore paradise together this summer.

Man, this is so exciting! I live in Honolulu, but have never been on the interisland cruise. I yearned to go on the Sweet Carribean cruise, but couldn’t.
Question: is this interisland cruise going to have all the lesbian entertainment that the carribean one had? That’s what I feel I truly missed out on.
Also, for the carribean cruise that just passed, what ended up being the ratio of women to men? And, were those men primarily gay men?
Anyway, I do wish my very best to all the lesbians that will be coming into town for this cruise. On Oahu, where Honolulu is located, and from where the ship departs, there are several gay bars in Waikiki. In Between, Tapa’s, Fusion, and Hula’s are all easily googleable. Angles recently closed, but I understand (rumor) the Fusion ownership has purchased and will reopen Angles. I’ve also heard the Fusion ownership is a lesbian couple with dogs! (also a rumor, but from a good source, and a concept that tremendously excites me!)
Also, try your best to be here on a Friday before or after the cruise for the weekly lesbian ChemiSStry event, which you can google. Sand Island Access Road is best reached by taxi or rental car at nighttime, and it is not walkable from Waikiki.
From Waikiki, take the 19, 20, E, or 42, which will all conveniently drop you off at the pier at Aloha Tower to board the ship. ($2.25–bring your medicare card if you have one, and you’ll get a reduced fare). The Bus won’t let you bring on super large bags, but if you’re travelling light like Neil Diamond in “America,” then it’s a good option.
If you have any Honolulu questions, post them, and I’ll do my best to help!
Well, wishing very much I could go, and the safari and hotspringing with salmon sound fantastic as well! 30 y.o. asian american gay boy in Honolulu =)
