
Since starting Sweet, I’ve been traveling non-stop all over the country to promote Sweet. Nearly every trip has been on Southwest. When we were looking for an airline with which to partner for our first cruise, Southwest was at the top of my list.
To put it simply, Southwest is totally sweet — no hidden fees, two free bags and a phenomenal change / cancellation policy. The Rapid Rewards program really rewards you and rapidly. Oh, and don’t forget the delicious peanuts and cheesy jokes.
Southwest takes good care of its employees, too. It’s evident in the glee they add to their tasks. Hands down, Southwest offers the most cheerful customer service in the industry. I speak from personal experience. I love calling Southwest customer service folks. They really help. Most airlines charge huge fees to make changes to your reservations. Southwest only charges you more, if your new flight costs more. No b.s. processing or change fees.
