We are a small start-up travel company, serving the lesbian community with exclusive charter vacations designed to promote self-esteem, increase lesbian visibility and improve the communities we visit. Oh yeah, and we’ll have a blast doing it. We are committed to making work both fun and fulfilling. We ask our guests to reach for their dreams and we want nothing less for our employees. We offer a 401k plan and top-notch health benefits (vision and dental, too), in addition to healthy, organic snacks, membership at a nearby gym, an indoor basketball court, mandatory stretching breaks and an annual stipend for professional development.
