A SWEET DONATION
When I visited last April, the principal told me how difficult it was to get the kids learning materials. Her budget does not cover supplies. Each month, she borrows against her own small paycheck to cover the cost of toner. They use that toner cartridge until the kids can barely see the ink on the paper.
Guest Erin Cottom contacted me about taking the giving a step further. I shared this story with her and she decided to donate a copier. “I believe in paying it forward in life in whatever capacity one is capable of doing so,” Erin said.
Recently, Erin relocated to Los Angeles where she’s a founding partner of The Cottom/Shakkottai Investment Group. She advises families with high-level assets all over the country.
